Process of Request
1. Deathbed
Please call Hanagisha Co., Ltd. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Please inform the hospital that a funeral home has been selected in advance.
2. Transportation of the remains
If the place of death was a hospital, we will pick you up in a sleeping car.
We will take you to your home or to the mortuary of your choice.
3. Placement of the remains
We will take protective measures for the remains. (Placing the deceased on a clean futon and setting up pillow decorations)
4. Meeting
We will discuss the schedule and funeral plans in detail, and once you are satisfied with the arrangements, we will hold the funeral.
